Wiggle Butt…

Woohoo, we’re famous!  Check us out in the newest edition of HOGPR’s WIGGLE BUTT GAZETTE.  Scroll down the page once you get there to see our story.  Thanks to the people at HOGPR for helping to tell our story.  They are the one’s who saved Trinity, we just piggy-backed and gave her a new home.

I know, I’ve been getting bad at putting posts up.  Job seems to be getting in the way of this site, funny how that works out.  In the meantime, I looked at THIS PHOTO GALLERY for the first time in a long time recently, if only to remember what brought Trinity to us.  Some of the pics are heartbreaking, but through the efforts of some very special people, Trinity came through it all and now lives a great life with our family in Conn.  Keep in mind, Trinity’s story is hardly unique, every day there are dogs (not just pits) out there who are abused, fought and left for dead, but there are some people out there who are fighting to make a difference.  Thanks again to Hearts of Gold Pit Rescue in Memphis, Tenn., and Paws New England, in R.I., for helping bring Trinity to us.

Nana, actually both Nanas, weren’t too sure about Trinity when we told them we were bringing her to Connecticut, but they have both come around.  Trinity loves them both and even made the trip to Rhode Island to visit Nana P. on Sunday.  We went to the Slater Park in RI and no fewer than six families stopped to pet Trinity and comment about how gorgeous she is.  It truly is amazing how much she attracts attention when we are out.  The highlight for her was the one-year old boy celebrating his birthday who still had some cake on his face.  She didn’t lick it, but she wanted to.
